Down 2.4 pounds this week. I didn't think I was going to lose any. I weighed the same every day for the past week except today!

I'm down .5 lbs. disappointed. But, its a downward trend so I'm trying to see the big picture...just not quite focusing on it yet this morning.

218.4 today, no net change from last week.
TOM is due and I went over my calories a lot this weekend, due to genuine hunger. My body is definitely trying to adjust it's setpoint, so I'll just keep journaling my food and tough it out. I did get down to 216 this week, but my weekend eating brought it back up a bit.
See you all next week, hopefully with a loss!

Down 1 lb.. but it's a huge pound! I'm now 199 lbs :carrot:

This is a great idea! I'm at 241.2, down 1.5 lbs from last week!
I was surprised, as I have the beginnings of a cold, and I was reading everyone say that this can sometimes cause water retention. I was bracing myself for a not so great scale day, but I'm thrilled!
