Back again, this time wanting to lose 13 pounds
Hey everyone,
I'm back again, over summer i've creeped up the scale a reasonable amount, well by about 7 pounds and i think for starters i want to lose that and get back to my weight before. However the long term goal which i'd like to get to around Christmas is to be 9 stone, so it's about 13 pounds overall to lose. I'm determined this time to start with a combination of dieting and exercise. I am usually good at dieting when i set my mind to it and just need to be strict with myself and exercise well that comes with a little extra work but my boyfriend is going to be my gym buddy so at least there is someone to go with! I am going to try and go at least 3 times a week in the mornings before breakfast, also im taking my bike to uni so if im just sitting around in the house i may go on a ride around. I'm aiming to lose 3 pounds a week, quite ambitious but i'm sure that if i set my mind to it this time i can do it.
