Weight Loss Surgery - Careone Protein

Have any of you tried the Giant/Stop and Shop Generic Protein? its on sale for $5 but if it's gross it's a waste of $5
otherwise I'll just hit amazon up for some Isopure

I have the vanilla and the cholcolate - bought them when they were buy one, get one free back when I had my surgery. They're not bad, though I never use them alone. I blend peanut butter in with the chocolate one and cream cheese in with the vanilla one, or I add sugar free flavored syrups to spice 'em up.

I tried not having bonus protein today and i didn't have as much energy I'm almost out of my Isopure so it will be a good stand in

Do you have a flavor of that Isopure that you like best??
I'm still hunting protein drinks that I can tolerate.

I like the Zero Carb Isopure Vanilla I haven't tried the others

Never tried Careone Protein Keir...though I don't drink many protein shakes anymore, let me know what you think.

You can order sample packs from Unjury ($35.00 for 10-15 different sample packs...loved the chicken broth from them for something different)...I'm sure other sites have samples, too. That way you can try them all and decided which ones want to order in bulk. I liked EAS (Costco) Chocolate and Vanilla but, like Jill, never drank them as they were...SF syrups, cooled decaf coffee to make mocha's....etc...there are too many recipes out there to settle for any of them as they are!
