Hello,
My name is Ashley and I am a 21 year old female from New Jersey. My husbands name is Wayne and he is 26 (on Sunday) and we both started dieting a week ago. I have never dieted or worked out in my life and now I find myself @ 245ish pounds. He is 340. So we signed up at a gym and have been trying to eat better.

I am here for help and I would love to help when I can as well. I need encouragement. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety so trying to deal with that and loosing weight, and I also quit smoking a week ago is going to be crazy!

I also suffer with lots of health problems. I am not able to get pregnant, and when it comes down to it all the doctors think weight loss with shake it.

Hey ya! I'm in New Jersey as well!

I'm 31, started at around 340 pounds, but I probably was 350 at one point. EEKS! But now I'm trucking along trying to break out of the 270s completely lol. I'm learning how to appreciate exercise and working out, lol I'm not there yet haha.

I love that you both seem to be on this journey together, that will be wonderful support for the both of you.

You have loads of support here and I understand, we all do, what you are feeling and going through. You can totally do this, we all can!
