All,
Does anyone know how the fat and carb blockers work?

The folks at my center said they are not to be used everyday and only in emergencies when you have no choice on what you eat.

Just Curious

Not sure myself so I did the most logical thing. I googled it!
Here is one of the websites I read, the others said pretty much the same thing. http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/howto_fatblocker.asp

Lori - thank you for the link...I was curious to look at the MRC Fat and Carb Blocker I have for emergencies and it did not have the key ingredient for a Carb Blocker type product, Phaseolus Vulgaris Extract, as the article states this is the ingredient that has been shown to block the absorption of carbohydrates in the digestive tract. So it looks like the MRC Fat and Carb blocker is more of a fat blocker as it has Chitosan...Oh well...I was told to take it when I feel like having a glass of wine with my dinner or when I go out to eat...I haven't the need to use it since June on a business trip...but I will take it with me to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks during my girls weekend with friends...I do plan on having fun!
