I've been doing some research today and it seems that some feelings I've been attributing to anxiety and stress might be my hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) acting up again with a vengence. I guess I have to seriously stick to a hypoglycemic/diabetic diet again. The trouble is that I've never been able to do that and lose weight, or even maintain weight, in the past. Wish me luck.

Midday
monk fish 4
tabbouleh 2
hot cereal with blueberries 4
ww bar 2

Evening
tofu stir fry 3
barley 3

I hope you figure out what is giving you your symptoms. Changing your diet is a good first step.

Very strange eating day here.

exercise: endless dog putters, lots of moving of weeds and hoses

Myra, you always have my best wishes. Too bad I'm not exactly a good role model as you'll see in today's journal. Oh why can't I behave?
