Just bought this at the grocery store for the first time last week - I'd never seen it or heard of it before. Used it with oat flour and a ground up walnuts and a bit of regular flour to make pancakes and it turned out pretty well. Anyone out there with more experience or advice on using it? It's not super low carb, but I'm only trying to moderate carbs, not slash them, and the fiber and protein count in it is pretty good so I'm wanting to experiment with it more. Thanks!

Tried some muffins with it once and wasn't crazy about the taste....kinda strong. For me, almond flour is a better alternative. I like the taste better and Almond flour has 3 net carbs per 1/4 cup:carrot: compared to 5 net carbs for Soy flour & 22 net carbs per 1/3 cup of Oat flour:eek: The only drawback of Almond flour is the cost...but...you can make your own pretty easily.
