So I don't see much of a difference...except maybe in my legs and face. I'm kind of hoping you guys will see something I don't...lol. It's frustrating to have been working at it for so long and not see the results I want. The scale moves plenty fast enough, but I still think I look the same...

You look great! I can definitely see the loss below your boobs in the stomach area.

Oh, I see big differences, much smaller tummy, you waist has appeared and you have much more of that hourglass shape, your legs are much more shapely and your neck looks so much longer! You look really good! It is hard for me too to see changes, I feel them because my clothes are actually comfortable now. Keep up the great work!!!:cp::bravo:

you definitely look smaller! Reminds me of a reading weight loss is like a roll of paper towels, take 20 sheets off a roll of paper towels and it'll look slightly smaller, take off 100 and you'll see a bigger difference.

You're looking fantastic! In addition to what everyone has already said, I definitely notice your upper arms are much smaller, too.

Strangely enough I have pics at the same weights as yours--and I can't see much of a difference either!

Our "eyes" need to lose the weight, too, I think!

I haven't even gone down a full pant size yet. My 20s are too big but I still muffin top pretty badly over my 18s...so maybe that's why I don't see the difference...I'm still having to wear the same clothes, although they are much looser on my.

I did just weigh myself, because saturday mornings are my weighday....and I am 213.8 lbs...so I have lost over 30 lbs. =D

Thanks for the positive input guys, it helps me to believe I'm imagining things...lol

I can definitely see a difference too. It takes a while longer for us tall gals, that's all. I'm sure you must feel a whole lot better, I know I do. Keep up the great work! Before you know it the muffin top will be gone!

 I am having the same issues too! Me and you have about the same starting weights and we've lost about the same as well, go us! I too still think I look the same, but I try to just ignore the mirror for now and keep plugging away at it because I know that sooner or later it will be more obvious and neither myself or anyone else will be able to deny that I'm losing.

But in your pictures, I can absolutely tell a difference! Your tummy is smaller and your waist has started to show! You are looking goooooood! Keep up the great work!:D

THe only progress pics I have I'm in a bra and undies....a little too revealing for me to post them here. :o

I can definitely tell the difference in your belly! That is just super obvious to me, even though I can tell a difference everywhere in your two photos. You are doing great. I think your eyes are just used to seeing you bigger, and it is always harder to see changes in ourselves. I have lost almost 60 pounds and I still can't really tell a difference sometimes. Other days I feel like a rockstar though so go figure, lol. Keep at it and pretty soon those 18s will fit great!

I can totally see a difference.
It's hard to be objective on yourself sometimes ... but the numbers don't lie.
Don't be hard on yourself. 30 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment!
I can see it in your upper arms, too

:)

There's definitely a visible difference. Your stomach is smaller, your neck is longer, your arms and thighs look slimmer, and your shoulders also are less broad. From the side view you're most definitely leaner.

I understand though. I can still wear the clothes I fit into at 275lbs, I mean they're looser but its hardly like they're falling off and I NEED new clothes... It can be very discouraging. But well done. You're looking good!

Divine, don't despair! I definitely see a difference. Anyone who can see at all would! As for the muffin top and such, the skin will be loose for a while until it shrinks back. That takes a while. So just keep up your good work!!
Three cheers to you!! :bravo: :bravo: :bravo:

Best of luck too! :goodluck:
