hot, hot, hot here.

I weighed in this am. up about 4.5# from where I was before I left for Italy. So, I equate each lb with about 7.5K miles of travel (not including bonus miles). :) or :( depending on how you look at it.

Sigh.

Anyways, back on the straight and narrow.

veggies -carrots from the garden
