Default Eat my BMR?

Is it a reasonable plan to just eat my BMR calories? I'm usually a zig zagger but should I just try eating right around my BMR? Anybody else base their calories on just their BMR?

I aim for my average BMR calories over the course of a week. Jillian Michaels recommends it in Making the Cut (which I am not nearly ready for).

Yep! I eat my bmr...but im cycling them.

4days@1600(bmr)
2days@1400
1day@2000

so,on average its 1600.

seems to be working! Started about 19days ago and im down 6.6lbs. I like the 2000 calorie day on saturday(or sunday) so i can go out to dinner with the family!

This is the only thing that has worked for me lately. I tried eating more an nothing would happen.

I am also cycling calories so that my average calorie intake for the week is approximately my BMR. ~ It seems to be working well for me so far!
