Happy dance time Just had my official weigh in and I'm down 6lb. Not a bad first week weight loss at all, in fact I think it's fantastic, as this is the the fifth time on Atkins for me, and then there's my age as well 55. No regrets on going back onto Atkins, it's the right way of eating for me.
Drinking my water around 2 litres a day as for exercise I do as much as my arthritis will allow, I use my wii fit, walk into town, dance around whilst doing the housework. I'm doing ok.
I have a mini goal of being able to get into my swimming costume again so that I can go swimming. Yes I know I could buy a new one, but I'm too pig headed to do that. I want to wear my bright pink one with the little frilly skirt. Now where's that tantrum smilie? Found it
