Congratulations mrsaugie!! Try not to stress TOO much about your weight, concentrate on a healthy pregnancy. Incidentally, healthy eating during pregnancy looks a whole lot like healthy eating when you're not pregnant. Make sure to take a prenatal supplement and try to make wise choices with your food. Whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies, lean meats... you do need an extra serving of milk while you're pregnant, but low fat or fat free is great. Remember, it only takes about 300 extra calories per day to grow a baby, far less than most of us eat while we're pg.
Good luck, keep us updated!
