Not only working out...just your 5 favorites in general:)What was so cool about this on facebook was that I am now a fan of music and musicians I had never listened to before.

1. An ending (ascent) - Brian Eno
2. Bizarre Love Triangle - New Order (great workout song)
3. Long Way Home - Tom Waits (Norah Jones does a great cover of this song)
4. The whole "Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid" soundtrack (all Bob Dylan)
5. Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World - Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (I played this at my dad's funeral on my music list, along with Norah Jones' version of Long Way Home. If I should die, this would be played at mine.)

I like very ethereal music for my faves, but I don't listen to these a lot when I work out.

OMG!! That's almost impossible for me, but here it goes..

(In no particular order, and subject to change..) :carrot:

1) Rooftop - Melissa McClelland - It just completely gets me, like every single time. It makes me cry, it makes me mad .. it's almost like the perfect melancholy song for me.

2) While My Guitar Gently Weeps - The Beatles - First of all, written by my favorite Beatle, George .. and I just love the lyrics and vocals. Another song that makes me sad .. yet happy? I can't understand it..

3) Blackbird - The Beatles - The first Beatles song I discovered, and it holds a very dear place in my heart.. :)

4) Man In the Mirror - Michael Jackson - I love MJ, his voice is timeless.

5) Imagine - John Lennon - No other song speaks to me like this one. I wish we could all unite in such a way .. RIP, John!

What is so great about Iz' rendition 0f "Over The Rainbow "is the way it so seamlessly goes into "What a Wonderful World" , it is brilliant !
