I'm doing P 90 X which is produced by the same company. I've been resistance training since June and it takes a LOT to get me sore now. I experienced the same thing and in fact I've talked a lot about it with my trainer. Especially if you are flexible, and your body is used to working out, I dont think it's unusual to not get sore. When I first worked out in June I could not walk for days afterward LOL These days, the only thing that makes me sore is calf raises and calf/hamstring stretches. It's pretty much impossible to get the upper body soreness now. My trainer suggests this is due to upper body flexibility, which makes sense since I'm much more flexible up top than below the waist. But I know what you mean, all the weight lifters talk about "Feel the burn" and "no pain no gain" ...can you increase your weight to try to get it, if you need a little burn to feel like you've really worked out?
