I know I will feel better if I exercise today, but I just cant motivate myself to get off the couch! And yesterday I went off my plan for lunch, so I woke up this morning wanting to have a really good day to get back on track. I need a pep talk!
I just got back from training (running) with my team mates. Didn't feel like it beforehand, got my backside out there anyway, and now I feel fantastic.
I didn't feel like going either today. It got a little cold all of a sudden. I made myself. I told myself--just walk. You don't have to run but just go walk. I got my gear on and put on the IPOD. After my warmup and stretching I hit the PLAY button. Wouldn't you know it -- one of the songs that pumps me started--Glamourous. I took off and ran the full deal.
Thanks for checking up on me beerab! I did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine and then later I stumbled on a new Exercise TV workout On Demand which was pretty good. And I do feel better! Have a good night

Yay, you did it!! Write notes to yourself when you finish a workout, telling yourself how much better you feel afterward - and in the future when you need motivation, go back and read the notes. Talk yourself into it!
