Hello! I am new to the forums and I have a question about the WW cookbooks. Tonight I made a pasta side dish and the book doesn't include the portion size. How would I measure this out?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I am new to the forums and I have a question about the WW cookbooks. Tonight I made a pasta side dish and the book doesn't include the portion size. How would I measure this out? Thank you! nancylmrn 09-22-2009, 12:30 AM I looked at several of my ww cookbooks and it looks like a serving of pasta is 1/2 cup unless you use whole wheat and it will be a bit more but in my complete food companion a serving is 1 cup cooked pasta = 4pts ...whole wheat 1 cup cooked = 3pt then you have to factor in the sauce, veggies an/or protien hope that helped a bit kaplods 09-22-2009, 12:41 AM The recipe usually will tell you how many servings it makes - so you divide the dish into that many equal portions. If you have a food scale you can weight the portions, otherwise you guesstimate.
