Sorry, I had to sleep in after going Vandal-Killing last night. Little B*****ds!!! :club:
They hit the oldest DDs bf's car Friday. He accused my youngest TO THE COP and got his sorry a** kicked out of my house. So, last night my oldest came in from her game night and was looking out the window at three boys she saw with a baseball bat. When I went outside, they were checking out my neighbor's truck then went around the corner. I ran over to my neighbor's house cause he is freaking huge and the Ward Bishop and we saw them checking out another van. When we caught up with them the one with the bat had disappeared and my neighbor told the other two to expect the cops to be coming around on patrol. They disappeared while we were turning the truck around to head home.

Best part is that it was the jerk bf's own gf that proved his accusation against my youngest WRONG!!! And, I have the Ward Bishop as a witness to the fact that she isn't involved just in case of any lingering suspicions or need to find a scapegoat.

OK, rant over. Gotta get to work finding work. LOVE Y'ALL!!! :grouphug:

Thanks, Bargoo. Ya know, I must have mellowed with age. When this happened several years ago back home, I went after the little B*****ds. I was running down the street and could tell by the silhouettes that they were about 17 to 18 and in shape. It suddenly occurred to me, "What am I gonna do with them if I get my hands on 'em?" Just as I stopped, my husband yells, "Get back in this house!!!" He had been asleep and woke up hearing his wife scream then disappear into the night in her underwear(it was a Tshirt and shorts actually).

What's really stupid is all they took were some kiddie toys. I guess they were just trying to prove they were "Bad" for some low life friends. My X said their break in days were probably over having been chased after by a 5' 2", POd bi*ch looking to pound the crap out of them. At least this time I got myself some back up before going after them.

The trick, as a newcomer, is for you to get post #499 then immediately PM Gary or Bill that you've achieved the ultimate. They'll take it from there.

And you can contribute to the upright, moral tone of these discussions. I hope you will be able to avoid the innuendos and entendres - either double, single, or, blush, even triple (apparently there is no shame) - that you might notice from some.

an·ar·chist
Pronunciation: \ˈa-nər-kist, -ˌnär-\
Function: noun
Date: 1678
1 : a person who rebels against any authority, established order, or ruling power
2 : a person who believes in, advocates, or promotes anarchism or anarchy; especially : one who uses violent means to overthrow the established order

I think dogs chewing shoes would fit this defination. Bill & a revealing dress would fit this defination, from one dutch girl to another living in Amsterdam fits this defination! I would prefer an addiction to anarchy over food. Its more FUN!

If I wake them up wearing my t-shirt and boxers, and take them to the bedroom...they follow me back down a few minutes later...and stay by me....then Reba starts bringing me shoes...doesn't matter if they match!...and socks out off the floor of my closet...she knows she is going for a walk!

Ha, ha!

No, not too good, just computer disability for about 1 1/2 months now. My old home computer was just about on life support, so we got a new computer. Well, within a couple of weeks, the new computer would just choose to shut down. I called our computer lady and she said that it sounded like the hard drive was crashing. Great. So, took it back and they tried to fix it. But then it had to sent off... but they forgot to send it off... oops.... so then they REALLY sent it off. So, now we wait.

So, using the work computer for personal stuff. But I'm really busy at work!! The nerve of these people. They expect me to work while I'm at work. Whatever. ;)

Our silly dog came out with me last night in the dark to pick the last of the garden stuff (frost warnings, you know and yes, I should have gone out before dark, but I'm a ditz:dizzy:). So, DH comes out and the dog brings him a stick she stumbled over wanting him to throw it. Now, remember it's pitch black out, and he throws the stick. Kasey runs 2 steps, then stops and goes nuts! There's no way for her to see where the stick went, so she just runs and runs around and around in circles for 10 minutes trying to figure out where it could be, until we were done in the garden and took her back inside. She's a ditz, too:dizzy:

Good morning and happy Thanksgiving weekend to any Canadians reading this.

Whew! Looks like another weekend when I won't have to be online all the time monitoring this thread.

Now don't take that as a challenge!

. . . 275 to go.

Happy Thanksgiving for those who believe that the Pilgrims and Native Americans roasted turkeys together to celebrate.

And Happy Columbus Day to those who believe that Christopher Columbus discovered America.

Happy long weekend to those who think the Canadians and Americans are just goofing off, LOL.

Sunshine again today, more top down weather.

I'm cooking the turkey tomorrow, 15 people expected.

I hope there are some bits leftover for the dogs ;) I'm sure they will be hanging out in the kitchen with me on the off chance a morsel drops....lol

Well it looked like it was clearing up yesterday until I hung a load of laundry to dry on the patio - it started raining within 5 minutes and hasn't stopped yet. So the laundry will be a long time drying
They say it will clear up this morning, but I will believe it when I see it.
For now I will be wearing the full set of rain gear on the scooter this morning.

So far, just cooling off here. I gotta get to busting my hump on the clean up before the green waste service stops. Of course, kiddo forgot to put the green can out for collection today. I now get to try to overload the thing for next week. Oh well...........................
