Default SunLite Potatoes
Has anyone tried these potatoes? If you are eating a low carb plan do you think eating these potatoes will make the weight loss stall? I am not on atkins, I am just eating low carbs. Opinions please.... Thanks

Wow.. they look good. How does a potato have protein?

I would have to say if your following a LC plan (other than Atkins) and the carb count is ok w/your daily intake then have it. You really have to try it to see... everyone is different.

Now IMHO if your doing the Induction phase of Atkins I would have to say no because induction is 20 carbs/day.

Kim... what do you think of these taters? definitely on maintenance?

I personally wouldn't eat them beacause although I am not on Induction, I keep my carbs quite low.
