Default Hello from Maine!
Hi All,
I am new to this forum, and am so happy to have found it. I am 47, single, and my youngest son just headed off to college last month.

I joined WW yesterday and am really feeling motivated to finally make a lasting change in my life and get healthy! I even did a bit of exercise today--my poor body didn't remember what it was like to move!

Looking forward to reading posts and hoping to find encouragement and support along the journey.

Hi and welcome!

One of the most memorable posts I've seen on 3FC was about regain and trying again. It was a poll. Almost all successful losers had tried and tried and tried to lose until they finally made it into the maintenance part of their journey.
