Default Backed up

I find that when I am on weight watchers one of the things that holds my weight loss back is getting backed up from the increase of fiber foods. Im I the only freak like this? I thought fiber helps you go?

I gained this week but I have not be able to "go" for most of the week. I followed the Points to the T and gained! I was so mad! I am blaming being backed up for this but Im tired of waiting for "traffic" to move again.

If you are eating a lot of fiber you also need to drink a lot of water or you will plug up.

How much water do you drink a day?

ok, I thought I was the only one with this problem, I'm glad you posted it! I too only go once or twice a week and I can't figure out why!! I eat lots of fiber (or try to), exercise everyday and drink plenty of water. Shouldn't my metabolism be smoking right along?
