Really? not a picture of where you went, some venetian glass, anything??? no, FOUR POUNDS of cholate. sigh...people....

Oh well, the folks where DH works are happy :carrot:

You're so strong to give it away! I'd have probably broken it into chunks and frozen them in sandwich bags, eating them slowly over time - but now you have NO extra temptation to worry about :)

If I'd been drinking something when I read this, I'm sure I would've spat all over the keyboard... A 4LB TOBLERONE???

She must like you an awful lot to risk having to pay for overweight baggage...

A pitiful present IMHO. GREAT decision on what to do with the thing!

Good job on giving it away. At four pounds you might have found justification in using it as a dumbell...

As another point of reference--you've "given away" the fat equivalent of 21+ of those chocolate bars! THAT'S some serious chocolate!

That would have been SO hard for me to just give away! Good for you!

I would have had to hand it right back to her, if I kept it for 2 seconds a pound of that puppy would have been G-O-N-E!

Sucks you had to give up your "gift" but totally awesome of you for doing it!

Ok...my first thought? You've lost 85 pounds! Hasn't your friend noticed this? Chocolate would be my last idea for a gift for a friend who has accomplished such a great weight loss.

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking. Exactly. Very, very odd that she would give a 4 pound slab of chocolate to someone who's undergone such a transformation. Incredibly highly inappropriate. WTH??

Eating them slowly over time? Like 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00.......... ??? ;)

hahah that's EXACTLY how I would have eaten it hahahah!!!!

her logic was "You've lost so much weight and I thought you deserved a nice treat"

she's a good friend so naturally I told her "Next time make it a Prada handbag be-yotch!"

Congratulations on giving it away:)

I did the maths - there were enough calories in that toblerone to have put 2.7lb of weight on you.

*shakes head* some people. I'm glad it's GONE!
