I do believe I haven't overeaten or binged on anything for about a week and a half now. And I'm feeling really great about that. I haven't technically "binged" on something longer than that but I also have a problem with overeating when I eat out. Which explains why I've been doing good because I haven't been out to eat in a week and a half. I'm a little scared about going to TGIFriday's with my friends on Friday but I've got my meal picked out and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I just pray to God that I can resist the appetizers and the chocolate that will be at their house later :-/ But I'm gonna try my best. Hope everyone is having a great week so far!!!
