Hi! I just turned 50, and have been on this journey since last fall. This is far from my first journey down this road.
So far I've lost 82 pounds. I'm getting pretty good with the food challenges, but since I still have about another 100 pounds to go, I'm finding my motivation for the exercise is getting weaker.
I also find I'm having problems with all the attention my weight loss is getting.
I know I sound like I'm whining,
but I was hoping maybe others can relate and might have some suggestions to keep me going.
I know from past experience that these issues can keep me from my ultimate weight loss goal.
