Living Maintenance - Rewarding Postive Behaviors

Seems back to school means back to basics for me. Posting a response to another member has made me reevaluate some of my own advice. I made reference to rewarding positive behaviors. My own reward system needs some updating and refreshing.

My top ones:
Mani-Pedi
Magazines
inspirational greeting cards (pre-written to me from me)
gift cards
Occasionally a massage

What some of your rewards for all your effort and sweat.

clothes
costume or silver jewelry
fitness equipment
new fitness magazine subscription

I try to shop at thrift stores to keep costs down

Clothes. Always clothes. I`m now at a point where I no longer look good in my pre-weight loss things and take such pleasure in chosing new things a size smaller. It`s the perfect reward! :-)

Thanks, of course, clothes are number one.
Time to hit the mall.
