Hey Everyone,

I started my weight loss journey on January 25th 2009 and on August 18th 2009 I met my first mini goal of 50 lbs gone forever. It's been a long and eye opening experience! This website and the people on it have been great sources of inspiration and information. Below are some pics that document my journey so far. The first picture was at my heaviest which was 320 the second pic is at 274.
