Default Loosey-goosey

I am starting to freak out a bit about the masive lose skin around my belly. I have a bit on my legs and arms and I expected some on my belly...more than anywhere else. But this is alot. I am getting a little discouraged. Last time I lost this amount of weight It was not even half as bad as this. This is just after 50lbs I can't imagine in 75MORE lbs.

I know it is something I am willing to deal with to get to me goal but it takes a little effort not to be upset by it. I just can't help thinking "why did I do this to myself?" I fel like I have ruined my body. I am trying to undo what I have done but this is just one of the many perminant scars I will bare. Don't even get me started on the "girls" lol.

Anyone else having issues with this? I just can't stop thinking about it.

Started out on my journey the same weight as you. I'm starting to notice it as well. It's prob why I think my legs look huge when they are lying flat, but of they are up or I have my foot on the bed, they look rather slim. IDK, I've just been kinda playing with the extra stuff on my stomach, pushing it in, to the side, whatever. It's just something that is right now. I do know your feelings of why did I do this to my body though. I have those as well. I feel bad for my body that I abused it for so many years and didn't treat it well. I'm hoping with more toning, some of the lose skin will tighten up.

Oiy! Yep I noticed last night now lose my belly looks Kind of a TMI.. but really I was just hiding from the kids for an extra 5 min before I hopped in the shower... I was sitting on the toilet last night and looked down and was like holey crap.. look at how lose and flabby my belly looks!! It reminds me of how it looks after you have a baby... I keep trying to remind myself that after a baby it takes a few months for that extra flab type stuff to firm up... sooooo here's to hoping it tightens up some!

I have this same problem, my inner-thigh flub, and under arm flub Both are a lot more saggy now. Everyone tells me it will go away because I'm young, but I really don't think so. I was so big before, I don't think my body could ever snap back to it's normal size. I have learned to accept it though, as much as it SUCKS, I'd rather be a little floppy, than morbidly obese again!

Yep I'm floppy. My belly is less so than the rest of me (which shocks the HECK out of me!) but I can say that my thighs and arms are starting to get a bit firmer (just a bit) so there is hope!

I have loose skin big time. My thighs are bad and the skin under my arms droop way down. Most of it is unnotiable unless I'm wearing a T-shirt that has really short sleeves.

I do believe that it gets better with time. It is never going to be perfect, but I'm fine with loose skin and being otherwise healthy than being morbidly obese!

hmmmm. I've only lost 39 lbs, and so far no loose skin, I guess I still have plenty of fat to stretch it out! ha!

but, when I lost 70 lbs before (from where I am now) I didn't have any lose skin when I got down to 190, I'm hoping that happens again, so, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
