Lunch: WW fiesta fajitas...........6 pts
Snack: Whole Wheat Bread......1 pt
Brummel and Brown.......1 pt
Peach.............................1 pt
Dinner: Turkey Burger................4 pts
broccoli..........................0 pts
salad.............................1 pts
Snack: popcorn..........................2 pts (but only if I walk, otherwise it's celery)

Total: 22 points (or 20 if I don't walk)

Breakfast: 1 cup cheerios, 1 cup milk, 1 banana (5)

Snack: 1 peach (1)

Lunch: 1 caesar salad, 2 slices whole wheat toast, 1 TBSP spreadable fruit (5)

Snack: 1 granola bar (2)

Dinner: 1 steak, 1 baked potato, 1 tsp butter, 1 garden salad (11)

Lunch: Shrimp Pasta
Peach (6)

Snack: Whole Wheat Crackers (3)

Dinner: Ham Steak (4)
Egg Noodles (3)
Steamed Broccoli

Snack: 1/2 C Healthy Choice Ice Cream (2)

TOT: 24 points
