So we all have bad days, but what do you do to make yourself feel better when you're down?

I know this might sound silly, but I get all dolled up and jam around my house to music. I think people look most beautiful when they're happy, and catching a glimpse of myself dancing around, smiling, and singing along with my favorite music can always make me feel beautiful. Plus, the look on DHs face when he walks in on me is priceless. :carrot:

A good session of painting my nails! Very relaxing and "me" focused. I also do baths too.

I perfect my makeup skills. I'm in an "eye makeup" phase and love to try different things with my eyes. It sure brings me out of a slump! :)

I watch an episode of my favorite TV show--The West Wing. It always puts me in a good mood, even if it's a sad episode. Or, if I have a lot of work to do, I'll just throw myself in that, and it's often very distracting.

Great thread....Having really bad PMS this week especially emotionally so I love all the ideas!
