1 packet of disco crisps BBQ flavour. 1 martini glass of Lilt zero.

What a great idea to find some cool things to eat as I am so uncreative!

I slept in today as it was my day off so I went right into lunch:

Lunch: Mexicana Breakfast! - 8 egg whites (small carton), breaded chicken strips sliced (uncooked chicken, dip in egg whites, roll in crushed Special K with some Mrs Dash seasoning - yum), peppers, onions and tomatoes all scrambled together with some salsa - excellent source of protein.

Dinner: Grilled zucchini, small potato and more chicken strips and and a fat free chocolate jello!

For a snack later it will be a mint chocolate protein shake (with milk).

Made a mexican chicken pizza.

Whole wheat lavash bread spread on some really fine salsa, topped with reduced fat shredded cheese, leftover chicken breast with mexican seasonings, topped with fresh pico de gallo and baked at 350 just until the bread was crispy and cheese was melty. It was really good.

i'm so easily influenced, i was listening to jillian's podcast and she mentions eating oranges for energy...there was a question from a maraton trainer, about what foods to eat during training, or after running cant remember. and as i was approaching my house, all i could think about was, i want oranges!! luckily had tangerines in the house. hehe

was feeling abit pekish a couple of hours after dinner, so i am now drinking water with a straw. maybe i'm just thirsty and not actually hungry.

okay so here i was about to watch episode 1 of the biggest loser season 8. and for some WEIRD reason i was craving chips (ie crisps for uk folks) ! i know how bad! lol

so i had the packet in my hand. but then thought. NO!! STOP

do you want to lose weight? or do you want to eat crisps?

so instead i got some carrot sticks and low fat hummus (lemon and coriander flavour) at a total of only 79 calories.

the bag of crisps would have been like 153 calories.

so i saved 74 calories. woop woop :carrot: :carrot:
