Default getting back on the wagon

ive been off for about 4 weeks and finding it increasingly more difficult to kick start again, both food and exercise
not saying im eating loads im just not watching what i eat and eating loads of carbs when its a carb free diet that helps me lose weight...

what do you reckon i can do to get over this lull?

i think im still in holiday mode!!

its not so much about the weight anymore more of a heathy lifestyle and im currently not being very healthy...

Sometimes it helps me to read a magazine like SELF, Fitness, or Women's Health. Maybe you will find a new recipe that looks good or a new exercise that you would want to try to get back on track. Also, the stories about people who have lost weight and changed their lifestyles for the better always inspire me. Good luck!
