Hi, It's nice to have joined such a big forum!
I'm Crunchynut, I'm just starting a low calorie/fat diet, I'm mainly making it up as I go along so wish me luck! I've never done this kind of diet before, I've always been a low carber, I had great success on atkins the first time I tried, but got pregnant so I gave up on it. After my daughter was born I piled on 6 stone, went back on atkins a few times but it's not worked the same way for me since. So I thought I'd give low calorie a go, slower, but easier - I couldn't stand the hassle of cooking breakfast in the morning when all I want is a bowl of cereal!!!
I'm also using my wii fit for exercise, along with some callanetics (but thats an experiment, I have no idea if I'm doing it right!!!) Since I have a young child and a busy job I'm not going if for any strenuous exercise lol.
Anyway, it'll be nice to meet all of you and I'll see you around!
