YOU: On a Diet - and other Oprah inspired diets - Food list for You on a diet

I just found this and thought it might be helpful to those who want a detailed list of food for YOU ON A DIET. On Amazon about half the way down for the listing of the book they provide a free link to the food list. I thought this was great and hope some of you do also.

As Sheridan explained, go to amazon's website..put..you on a diet..in the search window under books..at that next page, click on the picture of the YOU: On A Diet picture of the book..now scroll down about half way and look at the ad under the picture of the docs..it's an insurance company ad..at that place, click on the link to the shopping list.
