I am new to this site, but not new to dieting! I had lap band surgery last October, and I've lost 54 pounds. I am now doing the Metabolic Research Center to go the last miles to goal. Not that the band isn't working, but I've been at a plateau for the last 2 months. Now, I want to use something that will not only help me start losing again, but to be healthier too. I would love to hear from others who have, or are using MRC.
You will love it here - the members are so supportive. I just joined a few days ago myself and I'm still discovering all kinds of wonderful information here.
Congratulations on the weight loss so far, and hopefully you'll be off that plateau soon. I see a lot of people here posting about their own plateaus, but they stay on plan and eventually the weight does come off.

Welcome, im new too! Congrats on your weightloss so far..im sure your plateau will break soon. What always helped me was increasing the intensity of my workouts
