Allow me to introduce myself....
Hello all,
I am new to this site, but not new to dieting! I had lap band surgery last October, and I've lost 54 pounds. I am now doing the Metabolic Research Center to go the last miles to goal. Not that the band isn't working, but I've been at a plateau for the last 2 months. Now, I want to use something that will not only help me start losing again, but to be healthier too. I would love to hear from others who have, or are using MRC.
