Ahhh I am in!! I love these challenges and Halloween is one of my favorite holidays.
I just recently moved back home from college. I gained back up to 185 while there, and am already down 170! :) My long time boyfriend and I really enjoy the outdoors, and are hikers, which has helped alot since I got home. :)
My goal is to be down to the 150's... so 159 lbs. 11 lbs to go!
Good luck everyone!

I'm up for a Halloween challenge! I'm 23 and my 6th anniversary is October 31st.
Two years ago, I lost 50-60lbs and then gained half of it back. Today I sit at 219.8 lbs, have lost 4 of the lbs I gained back, and I want to set a modest goal of 6.8lbs lost by Halloween. Beyond weight loss, I want wholeness- I don't just live in my body, I don't want to objectify myself, my body isn't just my temple.. its me.
Aside from walking/biking to and from work, I have signed up for a dance class, and will begin taking Yoga for Plus sizes this Sunday. I'd like to start running again, despite my neighborhood, because like for most... moving makes me feel good.

Hey chick! This sounds awesome.
About me....My name is Mary...I have been working to get the weight off for two years now and have stalled...due to my own negligence. Luckily no gain back...But these challenges always help me get focused!!
I didn't do great on the Equinox challenge but I got the scale going down again. I want to try to be more aggressive this time.
By Halloween, I am setting a goal of 10 pounds. I need to start exercising more frequently because I am a lazy couch potato haha. And no more telling myself eating the deliciously addicting Chic-fil-a twice a week is OK.
Sooooo.....162 by Halloweeeeeeen. Let's do it!

Alright, I'm in!
Challenges always help me feel more motivated. And I would like to look less scary in the mirror by Halloween, lol.
My current weight is 262, and my goal by Halloween is 239... which is 23 pounds.

Cool! I need a challenge to help me stay on track while I'm on holidays.
Quick question - I'm away for the next 3 weeks. I'll have access to a scale at my mum's house, but no internet. But I can email with my phone. Can you PM me your email address, JL, so I can update my weight?
Cheers!
Oh, and my stats. I'm 187.2 lb at the moment, and I'd love to be under 80kg (79.9 to be exact) by Halloween. That's 176.1 lb, and a loss of 11.1. Tough but doable.
Cheers again!

Count me in too :D I'm Karen. I lost a lot of weight several years ago and gained most of it back. I am back on track losing again. Our treadmill was not working and we finally have it fixed. I am working my way through the C25K program (Week 4 Day 2 tomorrow).
I weigh in on Sundays and will report then. My goal is to lose 17 pounds over the next 8 weeks :carrot:

MARY! Good to see you! Love the new haircut!
Oh, I didn't introduce myself. :o
My name is Shari, the resident whiner. :D I'm just stepping in for Eny, the challenge goddess, who is on maternity leave. I haven't decided on a Halloween goal. There is a load of crap going on, mostly work related, that's consuming my thoughts. But I'm going to sit down and write down some goals today!
I'm glad you're all here. Have a great Tuesday! :grouphug:

HI everyone!! Faux I'm so glad to see you're back, you always inspired/motivated me :) I've been kind of helping with Melissa's Challenges currently, so if you've got any good ideas feel free to throw them out there. :) Welcome all you new folks, we're glad to have you!
Well apparently while Eny has been away I've lost the same 10-15 lbs all summer. I guess that being said it could have been worse, but I've been committed to making the last few weeks count just because I don't want Eny kicking my butt too much when she returns.
I'm currently at 212 lbs, and the goal for Haloween (drumroll please) 197 (same goal from last challenge?! sadly).I've spent all summer enjoying being the size I am currently (it's the smallest I've been since 8th grade), but in that victory I've become too lax and whiny about my committments. I'm currently working on a new plan for myself, one that involves actual dedication and plans and goals. Rather than just saying I'm going to exercise, I'm going to start the C25K program back up again (3x per week-no excuses, no whining, fall has started here it's no longer too hot.) I will also use my exercise bike for 2 hours per week without fail. I am also going to track my calories meticulously (and not cheat on the weekends just because I don't want to...). In order to stop my failings on the weekends I am going to eat an average of 1700 calories. 1500 on weekdays will provide me with an extra 800 calories to eat on Friday, Sat, and Sunday if I so choose.
And with this plan in place, I move forward, hoping to be down 4 or so lbs by the time Eny returns :).

Hi there, I would like to join in on this challange as well. My name is Jacky and I have yoyo'd for years. I would just like it to fall off but I guess that won't happen by itself. So my goal is to be 12 (hopefully 15) pounds lighter by Halloween. I will post some other goals later. I'm at work so I probably should do some.
My starting weight is 230

Hi... Iīm Fran, Iīm chilean and kind of new here (been lurking for a while)!
Until now I was the kind that looked for quick fixes, ultra low cal diets which I can only follow a few weeks, and then I gain all back.. so this time Iīm making it the healthy reasonable way.. 1200- 1300 calories daily, lots of veggies, fruits, lean meats and water, and exercise!
Iīm shooting for 10 lbs.. so:

Hi all!
I have a bit of a dilemma: somehow, i managed to hurt myself while running. My calf has been sore for days, and now my hamstring. I planned something like this into my 5k schedule, so I can rest some but still make it to the race. But my question is... what do I do? I can swim twice a week (already went yesterday, maybe again tomorrow or Thursday) but what else can I do? Is it ok to be walking? (My injury does not feel very severe, only sore.) Yoga is ok for stretching only, but even that I need to be careful with, and I won't be burning alot of calories. I don't have access to a gym, so I'm at a loss.
Sorry for such a long post, but any advice is much appreciated!!!

If you click on someones name (to the left of their post) it gives you an option of sending a private message to that person. It's kind of like a mini email. What JasonsLea is asking is that by Sunday night at midnight you send her that message with your weigh in so that she can track everyone's weight losses.

Hey ladies!
I think my scale is dying, it gives me a different number almost every time I step on it... so this morning I decided to take an average of the numbers I saw most often. It's only a year old, how annoying!
I'm setting an ambitious goal for this challenge, because I think that maybe I could realistically be at my goal weight by the end of the year if I work REALLY hard. Plus, it will put me at my lowest adult weight (120) on my 25th birthday (November 1)!

I'm feeling kinda down today. They cancelled my unemployment claim. I can appeal it, and I will, I'm just so pissed that I have to go through this again! And yesterday it rained so hard (which was good and much needed) but I ended up basically stranded on the other side of town because I was trying to apply for food stamps and I couldn't find the office! I finally found it after an hour of walking around, getting totally drenched by some jackass who didn't bother to slow down while driving through a lakesized puddle, and they tell me that I can only get the application there, not actually apply! Whatever.
Welcome back Jazzy!

It's a freezing morning here in the North Country. DBF said there was frost on the cars this morning, Oh I hope he is just messing with me. It's wayyy to early for that already!
JasonsLea- That sounds alot like the office around here. They will send you all over just for one application, or even better, they tell you that it can only be done online. DBF is going through the same thing. I really hope that you get it straighten out. It's such a frustration situation to deal with!
sprklemajik- Did you get your run in? I have to get my staionary bike and elliptical from my fathers house soon. The colder weather is kicking in. Brrrr... Thankfully we haven't had to much rain lately. I'm hoping it stays that way. :D

Shari...sorry to hear about your troubles :( You're a tough chick though. Everything will work itself out.
As for me....Ugh TOM makes me feel like a bloated cow, and apparently causes me to gain four pounds. Oh well. I splurged eating a little on Saturday when I went to see my family, but not 14,000 worth LOL.
So 176 it is.

JasonLea--so sorry to hear about everything you have been going through! :hugs:
Sprklemajik--I'll start the C25K with ya tomorrow! I started it about a month ago and got through week 1, but then I moved to this really hilly area, and I can't do the program here as apparently I do not run up hills! I just joined the gym though, so I can do it on the treadmill now. I have been running down the hills though and doing some running at the gym for a few minute spurts, so hopefully starting again won't be too hard!
Sockmonkey--Stoooopid TOM! I hate that water weight showing up the scale....so discouraging!
Well, as for me, my weigh in today was at 257. I started at 262, so that is 5 pounds down, and 18 more to go to reach my Halloween goal!
kswood87
09-13-2009, 03:37 PM
April- Thanks, I will go do that now!
Tessa- I wish I could start the C25K program, but I'm just so weird about people seeing me run....that's so dumb I know, but eh I have convinced myself that when I reach goal I will be a runner!
Hello Ladies! I'm finally back down to 169 this morning which is awesome because I weighed in last week at around 176ish. Water weight galore! Really really hoping I can reach my goal of 159 with this contest...I think it's doable but sometimes my body just doesn't want to cooperate.

Just ran 3.41 miles. :). Down two pounds this week. I'll def. take that!!
Just a quick question. I eat 1500-1800 calories on a non exercising day. Should I keep my calories the same on days I exercise or should I replenish some of them? If so, how many?
Well I'm off to read some and then eat some yummy soup for supper!! I'll check back later!
Congrats on the losses!!!

So I woke up this morning, got on the scale, and wondered how in the **** did I gain 2 lbs when I ate pretty well and got in some good exercise this week?! I wasn't expecting a big loss but come on. I got my answer this afternoon.....TOM. :dz: I'm relieved he came this week though since TBL challenge starts next week. Not changing my ticker cause I know it's water weight and I'm going to be good this week so next WI will be good.
sprklemajik
09-14-2009, 09:25 AM
Jessicado- Great to have you join in! :) The more the merrier.
kswood- I know what you mean, I've always been really self conscious about sweating in front of other people. Don't feel pressured to join in, keep working a program that works for you. I finally just made myself do it for a week, and the feel good of actually running finally outweighed my selfconsciousness over it. Not that it doesn't rear it's head. I had teenagers yell rude things out the window at me last spring... but I finally get that what they say isn't really about me. That whole sticks and stones thing.
Just a quick question. I eat 1500-1800 calories on a non exercising day. Should I keep my calories the same on days I exercise or should I replenish some of them? If so, how many?
At 1500-1800 calories you probably don't need to eat back any of your exercise calories. I think if you were eating something closer to 1200 I would recommend eating a little. If you get completely famished on exercise days you could add back in 100-150 calories in an additional snack, but I wouldn't add more than that because you'd be wasting the calorie burn of the exercise itself.
So ladies, I'm trying something new now. I'm trying a moderate carb diet (100-150 g daily). So it's not truly a south beach or anything like that, I'm just trying to get my carbs down and eat more protein and fat and see if with that I can actually stay on plan a little better.

Hi everyone!!!
uhhh yesterday was not a very good day for me, I had planned to skip dinner cause I had used my calories with a pice of birthday cake, so till 9 pm I did fine but as I was starving I ate everything in sight... ok, I canīt do anaything about that but just learn the lesson, HAVE TO EAT ALL MY MEALS even though I go a bit over my limit, cause tahtīs better than binging afterwards. o, now Iīve learned my lesson I plan to move on and donīt feel guilty (uhhhh thatīs hard).
Anyway, today was better. I usually weigh every daily, but I wonīt till Sunday cause I know there will be a lot of water weight involved.
Ahhhh, good news! Iīm a "lawyer", and I use the "" because here in Chile after the 5years in law school you have to take your BAR exam, then work 6 months for free for the government (practice) and write a thesis, after all that you take all your papers to the Supreme Court and in a ceremony they give you your diploma and oficially become a lawyer. So I presented all my papers a few months ago and tomorrow is the ceromony, so omorrow I will be oficially a lawyer!!! Yey.. Iīm happy! So wish me luck!
Hope you all have a great day tomorrow!

Sapitaa that is awesome!!! Woot! Way to go!
I ran C25k monday was tough but doable. I've got Day 2 today, and it's threatening rain, but I'm hoping to squeeze it in anyways. I'll have to push fridays run off until saturday, but I'll be in TN with my family, so it will be a change of scenery for my run and that should be nice. My weight is still moving slow, but it's at least a downward trend. It's nice to finally be on plan for a few weeks in a row.

Hey ladies! I've been busy this week (well, a combination of busy and lazy) so I just wanted to check in before I go to class.
I decided a few days ago that I am in the best shape of my life. My entire life... since I was born. I'm healthier and stronger than I've ever been! I can run farther and faster, lift heavier weights, walk up several flights of stairs without getting out of breath. Unfortunately I'm not the thinnest I've been in my adult life... but I'm still working on it. :D
Last week I weighed in at 132 (Saturday's weight I think), and was all motivated and re-committed to reaching my goal... and then the scale started climbing. BLAH. I'm hoping it's just because I increased the exercise a bit. Today I'm back to 132, so I should be on track for recording a loss this week.
This weekend my mom is coming to visit. Most of our house guests are picky eaters who only like junk, so it makes it tough to eat healthy, but my mom is flexible, so it should be easy. She's also all too familiar with the struggle to lose weight - she's lost and gained weight a few times, on various diets, and eventually settled on just eating smaller portions of healthier foods. She's smaller than me (a size 2 or 4) and I'm hoping to catch up with her soon. ;)

Hey, Girls. Been up since 4am, real nasty stomach bug. Thankfully I was finally able to eat something, which helped alot. :) Hoping to get my run in later tonight, or this afternoon. DBF is off working for the day, so I'm bored with nothing to do. Just one of those days! :)
Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi everyone!
Today I had a beautiful day but totally off plan. It all started at 7:30 am at the Supreme Court where I got my lawyer diploma, after that breakfast with my dad, lunch with my boyfriend and a huge dinner party with my family... so I it was really really OFF PLAN. Well, I only get to take my oath as a lawyer once right? So this week I expect a gain.. mmm not happy about that but I canīt do anything now..
Ahhh my mom bought me a beautiful Lous Vitton purse as a gift, my first one so Iīm really happy..

Alright girls - I'M BACK!!!! (run to the nearest hiding place now!)
Welcome to all of the new faces that have joined up while I've been busy repopulating the Earth - and  to all my familiars! I'm SO PROUD OF ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE STUCK WITH THIS!!!
Ok - Now it's time to GET SERIOUS!!! Here's my stats: prepreg weight - #194.4 - delivery day weight - #229 - today's weight-#209.8... so that's my restart point.
I'm going back to counting cals and exercising - all while trying to find a job and raise/ take care of a family. i'm not setting a pound goal for this challenge - my goal is to getr back into things - count everything and exercise at least 30 mins/day 5 days a week. my cal range is 1800-2000 cals/day because I'm nursing and little man needs the calories to grow. :)
good thing about nursing - I've had to give up chocolate, peanutbutter, almost all caffine, citrus juices and limit my cow milk intske a ton due to Landan being a picky eater. also I can't eat a lot of greasy and deep fried foods because it gives him very painful gas... so really he's making me healthy!
i'll be back on later with more stuff and to catch up - but it's off to my 6 week check up! :ove:

AAAHH! Well maybe not, I don't guess I'll run and hide. Thought about it though. :)
I've got to tell you Eny, that I'm not ready to be a Mommy yet, but that I really hope to be able to live up to the amazing example you set for having a healthy pregnancy. You've only got 15 lbs to get back to a pre-pregnancy weight. I'm totally impressed, and you get to be one of those mythic women who kept their weight under control.
So the rain prevented my run yesterday, but I plan on getting out there today and knocking it out, then getting run 3 in saturday. :) My eating has been on plan, and my weight is still hopping around, but I've got faith that if I stick it out that it will eventually start moving down steadily again. I kinda feel like since this is the lowest I've ever been (like as a highschooler I was close to this weight) that maybe it's a set point for me and that's why I'm having a harder time getting past it. I did the same sort of thing in the upper 230's, the weight I was for the last couple years of college. Once I get past it, it should be a little smoother sailing for a while again.

I'm up this week and I have no clue as to why. I didn't cheat once yet I gained two pounds :( I'm thinking I might actually need to eat more calories but every time I try that I feel like I'm just cheating and I don't want to cheat....blah I'll give it another couple of days and if nothing changes then I'll add in a couple hundred calories for a little bit.

So ladies, I've weighed in at 210 again this week. Letting me know that I've not stayed enough on plan. :( So.... Here's my plan for the rest of October :)
1550 calories daily
Run - 3x / week (30 mins)
Stationary Bike - 4x/week (1 hr)
Odd days- lunges and squats, other leg moves
Even days- rows, pushups, abs
(So cardio every day, and different strength training every day)
I've made a lovely little chart to use :) and at the end --- the goal is a super hot halloween costume :) I've never worn a trampy halloween costume, but I figure I've made enough progress in the past year to call it good enough. I'm going next weekend to get the costume. I don't have a lbs lost goal for the month (but hoping to get closer than I currently am to my Halloween goal).

I have sooo many hours at school and homework/papers/quizzes/exams.....plus work and all the driving I do...and the two year old...LOL...I don't know what I would do without my hubby.
Of course I'm not going to be able to join up in this challenge as it is almost over. I have decided that my focus for the rest of the year will be on being healthier and more balanced....
That means going to bed at a descent time.....following my house cleaning schedule and making adjustments when needed....staying on top of school work....preparing my lunches/snacks for school the night before so I'm not running late for school....watching my budget....and eating better....i.e. less fast food and fried foods and more home prepared/cooked meals that include veggies....more water...and exercise at least 3 times a week for an hour a day.
With that said...I have to go pass out now...I'm beat! :(

ok girls - I NEED you! i know that my WIs won't count since i missed some of them - but honestly that's all right. I have been SO out of it - lazy, bored and stressed that I've been eatineg, and eating and eating.. not good things either. Today alone was this (not in order): 2 pack Little Debbie Swiss rolls, 2 pack Little Debbie nutty Bars, 5 slices of pizza, 2 hot dogs (w/ buns), a 2 Liter of Caffine free coke... I don't even know how I got so out of control!
So tonight I bought another walk video and I'm starting it first thing tomorrow after I drop Hunter off at school! I've gained SO much weight back alreay is SO embarrassing!
I'm still breast feeding - and looking for a job. I pray that I hear something soon.
I'll hopefully be checking in more often... it's hard when Landan's still colicy and SO gassy!!! nighttime seems to be better though.
I  and miss you all!

We miss you too Eny! :) I'm in the same kind of spot you're in. I have a couple good days then a bad one that wipes out all the good I've done for the week. Keeps me kind of floating at the same weight. I'm looking around and trying to find something that will hold my interest so I can get moving in the right direction. I think I'm going to have to give up on looking for motivation and just find a little committment though.... That's scary because it sounds like work. I'm getting there.

 girls!
I hope you all are doing great. Sorry I've been MIA. Working two jobs has fried my brain, my days are running together! :dizzy: Oddly, even though I'm totally sleep deprived, my intake has been very good. SP says that I've gone over my calories but most of it is rather healthy, hardly any junk so I don't care. Tomorrow should be my last day working at the VA. I'm slightly pensive but elated! :D This is like a whole new chapter of my life about to be opened. I can do this! :goodvibes
Nice to see you Mel!
Come back to us ASAP Eny!

So I see this is still a very slow moving thread. I was really hoping that was just due to people being out and about for summer.
What happened to us....these challenges used to be so busy and everyone was doing so well!!!

I don't know Mel. I don't think I'm as good a challenge runner as you or Eny. :( I'm much better with keeping track of the weights and stuff, not motivation.

Oh Shari it definately isn't you......I noticed a big drop off around April to May of last year.....it was very unmotivating for me as I'm sure it was for many. It just seemed so many of us were stuck in the same rut of saying were gonna do it but either never did or gained and lost the same weight over and over......then people just stopped coming....the threads stopped moving so it seemed pointless to even come check the thread to post comments or results or anything because it felt like there would be little to no feedback cause the threads weren't moving.
When Eny started this it was on fire! And with the mini challenges to keep something different coming up from week to week to try to keep people from getting board.
It seemed to work for a while......I just figured with the warmer weather people were out enjoying it or busy doing other things.....you know out of the house finally...LOL
but school is back in session...the weather is starting to cool off ....its been raining alot...and still kinda slow.
I'm just wondering where everyone's motivation went....including mine....I'm guilty of all of this as well.....

I had to drop in and check on everyone. I think I've missed too many weigh ins, I'll have to check. But I struggle every day with motivation. I do good for a day or two, then back to old habits. I sign up for these challenges on 3fc with every intention of doing it, and most of the time I don't finish the challenge. Got to do better.

Just got back in from taking Pullo on his first walk beyond the apartment complex. It went rather well. WI was today and I'm down 4.4 lbs! Don't ask me how I did that, I don't know! :dizzy: One more week till Halloween, I would need to lose 4.8 lbs to make my goal but that is next to impossible. If I lose another 2 lbs, I'll be elated cause that's the closest I've been to reaching a challenge goal in ......forever! :D I need to study for my test tomorrow, please send good thoughts my way so I can catch on to this new job quickly! It's the end of the month so I need to start making goals for November. They will include a gym schedule since I'm only working one job again. :lifter:
Peace. :grouphug:

Way to Go Shari on the loss!!
Mel and Shari - I'm with you on the lost motivation. I really don't know why it was so easy for me for so long.... but it was like once I got out of the habits (depressed when lost job in March) I just never seemed to be able to get back on track. Maybe we should start a back on track challenge in November (this would be up to you too Eny)? Everyone commit to posting at least once a day, sharing what's going on? I've started a new exercise program and kicked my committment back into gear (still very little motivation, but they are two different things). I know I've said this a half dozen times by this point, and I'm hoping this is the last time I say it.
Everyone feel free to post, I'll be posting every day from now on. Lets talk about how we're struggling or how we're winning!
I'll start now-- I did strength training today (nearly keeled me :) ) and my calories are at 1590. I wanted candybars at the grocery store... but I resisted. Halloween candy calls my name from the kitchen cabinet, but I refuse to open the bag until saturday afternoon, and I will give it all away.

Hi everyone,
Sorry I have been so busy lately I haven't been posting. I am just going to PM my weight which is down 3lbs for the week so I am feeling pretty good seening as I had a couple not so good meals in there. Best of luck to everyone for the week.

Sparkle ~ Good to see you! I think a getting back on track challenge will be fabulous! I think alot of us need it.
Jacky ~ Thank you for sending in your WI, you were the only one. :( Oh well, gotta keep chugging along.
Today was okay. Before I realized what I was doing, I managed to scarfed down two Peanut Butter cups. :dz: Whatever. Next week, we start taking live calls and I'm super nervous! TTYL!

Shari - sorry I didn't send my weigh in. I'm still at 210... guess the depression of being stuck Sunday didn't motivatve me to send a PM.
Great weigh in Bigmid! Congrats!
So... for next month's challenge... what if we did a team participation challenge. Spent 2 weeks where we divide into teams and get points for, 1) posting daily, 2) turning in the weekly weigh in weights, 3)being on plan each day. That means teams could get several points each day, and even if you weren't loosing you could still get points for checking in (and hopefully the more you check in the more you'll be on plan).
My day's report. Day off from exercise (strenght training yesterday) calories are currently 1360, but I'm going to try and get a 150 calorie - 200 calorie snack to bring me to 1500 cals.

splarkle - sounds like a plan...anything to help us all get motivated again right???? I think your right we could all be accountable for posting our daily points....we could have points just for posting, points for on track with food, points for on track with water, points for on track with exercise, and the weekly weigh ins....and we could even do like so many extra points if you post a healthy meal idea you found online....and it could just be a link you don't have to go all out.....or ways to get in quick exercise.
See I'm motivated already :D

Melissa and Peggy - Glad to have a little support on this :) I think this will be something to challenge us all to plug back in and keep accountable. Hopefully with the start of a new challenge we'll get a few others returning/starting the next challenge.
So for today: Exercise: 45 minutes strenght training (I'm following the plans set out in the New Rules of Lifting for Women--DCHound recommended it.) Calories 1675. --oh yesterdays calories ended up at 1505. My weight is up a pinch, but I think it's weight lifting starting (hopefully I'll be back down by time for next challenge). I really do want to break below 200 one day.... awww... how sad. I've been as close as I am right now since like March.

It's finally over and done with. Today, I finished processing out from the VA. It's.....kinda weird. But I don't regret my decision. I'm....happy! :D Just really happy.
Sparkle ~ If you're not too busy, do you think you could help me with the challenge till Eny comes back? Cause you got these great ideas while I have nil. :)
Wish me luck on my test tomorrow!

I guess I'll just check in every day, since it's only a few days left in October, so I'll get in the habit for the November challenge. I haven't done too bad today, just a few points over, but I'm determined to finally get it right. I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully earlier. lol

Sorry I've been MIA ladies. Life has been SUPER busy lately. Just wanted to check in and say I did make my goal though! Started out this challenge at 263 and my goal was 239 and right now I am at 236.5 so I am happy. Even with a few days left to spare too! Woohoo!

Jessica- Way to Go!!!! Congrats, that's some super hard work :)
Peggy - sorry, I've been slammed trying to finish up my halloween costume. It's sooooo much work. :) I'm ready for the next challenge too.
I've been spot on calorie wise, another couple days of 1650 and 1675... I missed my exercise last night, but am going to try and squeeze it in this afternoon before the halloween party tonight. I've also volunteered to be the DD-- so no wasted calories on alcohol for me :) smart and safe.
So for next challenge-- how about 1 point for each day you post, 3 points on plan (2 for food/1 for water), 1 point for each 30 minutes of exercise, and 5 points for posting the weekly weigh in? I'll make a spreadsheet and divide us up into teams. :)
