Smile New to the forum..saying HI :)

Hi everybody, Im Amy. Im here to get support, gain knowledge and give encouragement . Ive heard about this site for a couple of years and haven't had the chance to check it out..im glad i did!

Im new here but not to weightloss. Since the summer of 2005 ive lost about 84lbs through diet and exercise...looking to lose alteast 30 more.

I love to workout,so its not that...its food! I LOVE FOOD but unfortunately its been keeping me from my goal weight. So, im here to get back on the wagon and this time im holding on tight

Welcome, AMY! I'm new too! I just joined yesterday. Kinda like you, I'm not new to weightloss. I reached my highest last June and started at that point. I lost 20lbs by October and then another 5 or so in the last few months. I would love to lose another 35 by next summer. I originally started with Weight Watchers, but have since switched to simply counting calories. And of course, exercising.

However, recently, I've gotten in a rut with actually WANTING to exercise. You said you LOVE TO WORKOUT....do you have any tips for people like me who get to a point where they just DON'T WANT to workout???

Congrats on your weightloss so far..thats awesome!

As far as the workouts go...i have my good days and my bad days. On my bad days i will have to MAKE myself get dress and start the workout. I usually feel better once ive pushed through it. I don't give myself any excuses...(unless im injured,LOL, thats a good excuse)

I love the 'high' after a workout. Im a worry wart so it helps to relieve stress.

WOW! Congrats on your loss so far! Be sure to check out the Maintainers forum---you don't have to be at goal, you just have to want to keep lost weight lost!
