Hello, I started my weight loss journey on 17 August. I'm trying to lose 30lbs total. I have lost about 10lbs so far. Last week I didn't lose any weight and it was a bit discouraging, but I am journaling my progress and the things I eat. I started eating the processed low calorie frozen meals last week. I am doing a reduced cal diet and walking 5 days a week for an hour or more. Well I think those processed dinners are no good for me. I stayed within my calorie intake goal and kept exercising, but for whatever reason I didn't lose any lbs this week. I assume it is the meas that made the difference so this week I will not eat them and see what happens. If I lose weight then I know what I did wrong
Anyhoo, I am so happy to be here!!! Oh yeah I hope to have the weight off by the end of November, losing 1 to 2 lbs a week.
