100 lb. Club - Stupid 230's

I hate you. I can not break myself of you!
230.0 ugh. I want to see 229. Even if its 229.8 (which I did see this AM, but only when I accidentally moved on my scale so it doesn't count)
And I know that I dont have a chance of seeing under 230 this week, as my period is due. And it doesn't matter how well I do with eating or exercise, I will gain at least 4 lbs during it. Which sucks.

I feel your pain! I'm wanting to get out of the 240's sooooo bad and it just won't happen. Why must we suffer like this!!!!:mad:

If you saw 229.8 when you shifted your weight then that means you are soooo close. Probably just a few ounces. Stick to your plan diligently throughout your period and I predict you will be out of the 230's when it is done. :hug:

You will get there, try not to stress over it too much and who knows maybe after you are done with TOM the scale might just slide right down under 230. I was stuck at around 235 for the longest time and little by little I noticed that the scale went down and then back up and then back down, you get it. It will happen, just gotta be patient.

I was floating between 230 and 232 for weeks and it was driving me crazy! Finally I had a sudden drop of 3-4 lbs. Just keep pluggin' along. It will come off eventually.

I dropped into the 220's last week - it'll happen! You'll get one of those famous 3fc WHOOSHes after your TOM and plop you'll be at 226 or something :D

Hang in there you will get there soon! The 230s were my worst decade thus far. I was so happy to finally feel like I'm done with them!

I'm with you. I keep fluctuating between 227 and 234. Some of that is my own doing, though (not eating 100% on plan).
I promise to get right after labor day :^:

I've been in 230's forever too it seems!
But what keeps on happening with me is that i've started this diet 3 times now, (only for a week) lost 5 pounds, and then a month later, i've gained it back. (BACK to the 230's!) GAH!!!
I feel your pain. lol

What totally sucks about TOM even more this month, is the 5k I'm doing is on Saturday.

Depending on where you are in TOM, your energy levels could rise by Saturday ;)

Oh, I hope it will be almost gone by Saturday. I have hellish periods. My period is usually right on time, and it better be this week. Its due Wednesday, and as long as it comes on Wednesday I *should* be ok. I hope. I get really bad cramps, I'm so exhausted.
So I hope its either early, on time, or like a week late. lol. I just do not want it to start Friday or Saturday!!

the two thirties gave me a hard time .... i remember that ... idk why thats so but like they said stick to plan and one day youll wake up hop on the scale and out of no where .... 228 ! presto !

Yes I belong in this blog....last week I went from 237 to 236.5......WHAT?....And that was after TOM. My clothes fit nice, but no where close to going down another size....What is it about the 230's....? Good luck everybody:hug:

I was actually just thinking to myself this morning when I got on the scale and I'd stayed the same. I've been at 238 now for what seems like forever. I really can't wait to get in the 220's. Why is it that everyone says when you are heavier you lose weight faster and yet it seems to me that after the first month it slows down to just the same weight loss as what someone who weighs 100 pounds less would lose. I'm not bitter really:lol:

Me too, the 230 were horrible, I think I spent over 8 weeks between 230 and 232. It will drop, I repeat it WILL drop! Keep up the good work!!

230's seemed very slow, then I whoosed into the 220's and the 220's have been so quick even though I've been on holiday. Keep going maybe you'll get a whoosh soon then you can leave the 230's forever!

Ya'll making me abit afraid. I'm stuck at 243 wanting so hard to be in the 230's by next week. Maybe I'd be better hanging out here for a few weeks and then plop right down to 229 skipping the 230's all together ;)
I have a feeling from 240-220 is going to be pretty slow for me. I hung out at that weight on the way up for several years. I'll just have to wait and see, as I will get there and I will move past it - Just as you will!

Thank you to all the support...We the lucky ones who have lost and are traveling in the 230's have to remember...this is a lifelong lifestyle...Keep doing what we have been doing....:hug:
