Found a new snack that ww friendly, pillars chicken nibblers they are smoked chicken sausages - about 6 inches long - 50 calories - 2.5 grams of fat so that's only 1 point!!!
I've been on a ww holiday (meaning I haven't been following the plan ;() I haven't gained anything but not lost anything either. Time to get back into action.
