Hey Ladies,
I need one September buddy. I need someone to send me an e-mail every night asking if I did what I was supposed to do. Childish I know, but I NEED IT! Just one person to be accountable to and we can help each other.
I figure what we'll do is the first person to respond to this post becomes my buddy. The person who posts after that is someone who also needs a Serious September Buddy. The person that posts after that becomes that person's buddy and so on and so forth. When you post to be a buddy post your goals for September as well.
After a few posts there should be a bunch of couples ready to support each other for September. It's totally random. You post and you become committed to someone for a WHOLE MONTH! Fun right?! Right!
Below are
my goals:
1.) Start the Couch to 5K Program
2.) Exercise everyday. For me that means 45 mins of cardio and resistance training, alternating upper body and lower body. Weekends are usually some kind of outdoors fun!
3.) NO eating after 7pm! (difficult since my roommates love late night movies, dinner, and cookies!)
4.) Personal goal I've been trying to reach is to reduce the amount of processed foods I eat. So this month I want to eat more whole foods and unprocessed meats. Yogurt and cheese will be my only exceptions, I need them for protein.
5.) Lose 15 pounds

September 1: 4 mile hike with inclines and crazy forest stairs! WFT?! Stairs
in the forest...good workout though.
