I'm brand new here so I don't know if it's bad manners to just dive in here. I would really appreciate it if one or more of you would stand in agreement with me on the following:

Dear Father

From now on, all food that is bad or excessive will be as distasteful to my tongue as squeezing into clothes is to my heart. I will be consciously unwilling to swallow it
