This is my first post... but I have been reading through all the Fat Smash threads.

I originally did Fat Smash and lost 15 pounds. Now I have switched to EFS for the last 10-15. So far so good. Today is Day 3 of Cycle 1. I am pumped. I have completed all excercises and plan to follow the plan as written to the end. I can't wait to see my progress.

Well, hopefully a few of you are still on Extreme Fat Smash.

Hope to chat with ya to discuss your progress!!!

OH WOW! Nobody must be on Extreme Fat Smash anymore. Well, I guess I will just report my results periodically for anyone else who is interested. Its always great to see success stories.

this is a pretty slow board. it usually takes a couple of days for people to respond.
my friend lost my extreme fat smash book so i just doing the fat smash because i'm too cheap to buy another efs.
but i've been successful so far! i'm on day 13 of phase 1 (i'm too scared to transition to phase 2.) and have really been doing well. i think i am going to do it for a couple of more days and then start into phase 2.
how are you doing on the efs?

hows the fat smash diet?

I was the same way when I was on the Regular Fat Smash... scared to transition to Phase 2. I loss 9 pounds in the 9 days on Phase 1 though. I was PUMPED! I did not cheat AT ALL..but that's just how I am when I am on a mission. I actually stayed with the original fat smash until I got 15 pounds off. I threw in a Phase 2 day here and there ( to add in a lean meat) and that worked great. Now I am doing the Extreme Fat Smash to bring me "home." I am really pleased with my progress. I have been stuck for YEARS between 153-160 range and no matter what I did ( and I DO EXERCISE).... I just couldnt break the 150's. I lost pretty much 40 pounds doing a low carb diet and then just could not get the last bit of weight off. That's when I just decided to take a leap on faith and switch to Fat Smash. I used to be totally afraid of carbs, but now I am fine. I am so glad that I tried this because I have not been in the 140's in years and I'm just so damn happy I could scream!

I just went to the store today to get my food for Cycle 2... That will start on Tuesday for me. I acutally like the idea of having all my foods planned out. I am really aiming to lose 12 pounds during this 3 week cycle...and now that I have bust right past my plateau... I feel like ANYTHING is possible!!

Well, Cycle 2 begins today. I am pretty much down the 4 pounds that was promised in the book and I am pumped! I have been doing all my workouts, trying to rest as much as possible, and sticking with my 3 hour rule for eating my meals. I will be totally ECSTATIC when I lose the next 4 pounds this week!

Cycle 2!!!! :)

i haven't been doing any of my workouts. )c: i really need to get on the ball.

congrats on your loss and good luck this week!!!

Hey Raygunclan!

Yes, you gotta get those workouts in! The way I see it, you wanna MAXIMIZE this time and lose all you can while you're motivated to do this eating plan.

:) The way I see it... if I am going to follow this eating plan for 3 weeks, I want to lose the most weight that I can in those 3 weeks. Time flies soo fast and before I know it, I can be sitting at my goal!

Have a great day!

When I started Extreme I was 149.7... I told myself that I would be really happy if I got below 145.. 142 would be GREAT... Well, I have until next Tuesday before I finish (today is Thursday)....and guess what??? 142 TODAY, BABY!!! So in the 5 days that I have left, if I break the 130's, I dont know what I will do.

Did I mention that I was stuck in the 155-165 area for YEARS???? omg. I am just so happy that I found the way to get the last bit of the weight off. I can't express my excitement the way I want.

Finally, I have peace.

Hey Dedikayted - Great job!!!!

I did EFS, starting the last week of August. I lost a good 10 lbs during the 3 weeks and am now at 145 (from 158). Our stats are almost the same - I was "stuck" in the upper 150s too, so it was a true breakthrough for me.

I've eased off for about 3 weeks, but I'm starting EFS again tomorrow - hoping to get to 140 or high 130s. I wish we could get a consistent thread going.

Again, congrats! EFS is tough, but you did it!!!! I think you will see 130s!!

yeah, i wish more people were on the board too! i check it everyday, but usually i am lucky if i get to read one new post. )c:
i, for the life of me, can't understand why EVERYONE doesn't do this diet! i LOVE it! i am going back on tomorrow and am actually looking forward to it. i took a week off and got all of my junk food out of my system and am craving my peaches and bananas. mmmm. OH! and my homemade hummus and sweet red peppers. mmmm.
i am at about 150 as well and wanting to be in the low 130s.

Hey yall, I'm on the EFS and today is day 2 of cycle 2. During cycle 1 I did not weigh in until Saturday(296) even though I started Wednesday. I was posting on another thread but it seems that noone posts much so I hope this one will be a little more active!!! Any how I hope everyone has a great day and I hope to read some good news soon.;)
