For what it's worth, I thought I'd just throw out my opinion. If you haven't tried Stevia you should. It's the only sweetner from a plant source that it's chemically altered (with chlorine, etc). It's from the Stevia plant. It also contains inulin fiber, which is the kind of fiber your body can absorb and use...not just the kind that "sweeps" out your g.i. tract. Oh, and Stevia is not that Truvia stuff you can readily find (Whole Foods, Sprouts and other health food stores have Stevia). Some people don't like the taste of Stevia but I'm not one that minds it.
I'm all for educating people about Splenda b/c it's often thought that Splenda came from sugar so it must be "good" for us. Go to

Not trying to get on a soapbox or anything (almost all my friends use Splenda) but if you have never been introduced to anything else, how are you gonna know!
