OK, day 2. Have to admit I faultered a bit later last night, and went over the cals and fat limit...need to be more careful today!
fruit for breakfast...has anyone else heard about how fruit is better for you when eaten on an empty stomach?
now getting ready to take a walk, then clean house. Stay busy, so I dont snack.
