I weigh in on September 17 and have to be down...

that being said the next few days are going to be a food fest...

<hangs head in shame> I know it's wrong but it's my choice...

hubby is doing very well! he climbed the steps and slept in the bed last night for the first time since surgery....

Good Luck !!!

Try not to gain in the next few days.... that'll only be more to shed in the long run.

mmmmmmmNaaan! DITTO!!!! LOL!!! I stared at it at Trader Joes for about five minutes and realized even if I was stupid enough to buy it, I would just clog up on the darn stuff!! LOL!!! Nessa, crossing my fingers for you, liquid diets S U C K S! I was on full liquids for three weeks after my WLS and I almost ate the arm off of one of my GKs. THere I've said it!! Now about the Cheese Cake Factory. They do have a low-carb cheese cake, that is suppose to have about 6 grams of carbs......I got it on my 39th wedding anniversary. I thought it tasted like heaven and I swear it has to have more carbs. Hubby shared it. Now, if you are going all the way.....what about the Lady Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. I'm obsessing!!!!! LOL!!!!
