Age 50+ - Would like to join the group if ther e is room ..

I for sure fit into the 50's group I am 51 .. :-) The forums all seem so big its so hard to find a spot to fit into . I work full time and try and get some exercise in also daily .. Oatmeal

These forums can seem daunting when you're new, but jump in anywhere and you'll be welcomed.

I'm following SB, so I usually hang out there, but I peruse the other posts, often.

I'm 51 and determined to get the weight off and keep it off.

Look around, and post where you like! Weight Loss Support is often busy, as is 100 lb. club. You can post in any forum where a topic interests you. :)
