LA Weight Loss - Started FSD 8-24-09

Hello,

I am have started the Fat Smash Diet. Is it true you can eat air popped popcorn?

I would like to lose about 50-75llbs in the next year and feel like this diet is a good start. Any pointers or tips would be greatly appreciated!
