I have tried south beach diet about a year ago and lost alot of weight
I am also on sparkpeople.com didnt lose any from that.
Should i stick to this plan YOU on a diet and try this out. How are you results

I still use SparksPeople for tracking what I am eating. I am doing this because it is what the doctor ordered. There isn't a perfect diet or new way of eating until you are ready to make it perfect for you. Its hard work and takes lots of dedication but you need to be ready to invest the effort into yourself for health sake. I have lost and I have gained.....I have health issues so I lose slower than someone who doesn't have hypothyroidism, hypo-glocemic, insulin resistant and post menopausal. I say....give it a try and see if it is something you can do for the rest of your life.

I am new to this site. I was going to begin the jorge cruise carb swap. I am a little nervous because I have to diet. I always get going but stop. I need to focus on one goal at a time. Wish me luck.
