i"ve been eating very healthy
no junk food..about 1200 cal or so a day....its been like 2 or three weeks...i weigh myself on a scale and it shows i'm in the same weight range the whole time...so the scale is about the same but it seems that i dropped a jean size.......the size i wear being big the waist can be pulled to my hips and probably taken off without unzipping and the next size down fitting just fineto a little loose.
so does this constitute weight loss even though i'm not seeing any changes on the scale?????
i just don't get it it never went like this before for me....
any advice is appreciated

You are making progress. Scale weight is very erratic. You are "condensing". Keep up the good work.

Sometimes you just have to go by inches rather than weight.

Yeah, I had a lot of measurement-scale dissociation. I look at it this way: if one doesn't have good news, the other might. More good news overall = good thing :)
