Possible - yes. Probable? Maybe.
While I lost more than 10 lbs each of my first two months, and started out at a similar weight (I'm shorter), I have never had good success with time-bound weight goals.
I can control my exercise. I can control my food intake. I cannot control how my body responds or what the number on the scale will be. Weight is made up of too many variables. The scale does not measure fat loss (which was my goal).
Thus, why not make goals that are behavior goals instead?
