So I've made incredible progress on my weight loss journey this summer, and have managed to lose about 28 pounds. I feel okay at 120, but at 115 my size 2's will fit perfectly and I will feel like I actually achieved my goal, 100 PERCENT. What did everyone do/what do you suggest someone can do to lose the last 5 pounds? I feel like I have tried everything. I never ever drink soda (or diet soda), I drink only water and tea, I exercise 6 days/week, I never eat dessert or sweets that would keep me from losing weight...I just don't know what to do, help! :?:

Well, I don't know the answer, but I'd like you to post it whenever you figure it out. And I think that you will figure it out!

What is your typical daily diet? You mentioned drinks and no sweets, but what are you eating?

Congrats on the 28 pounds, that's a huge achievement!~

It seems you've run into a plateau. This might be because your body feels comfortable at this weight and is therefore maintaining it?

Maybe you could try changing your routine a little? Try different exercises, new foods, vary your calorie intake day by day (if you count them, that is).

Good luck, I know how you feel about wanting to fit perfectly in your clothes. ^^

I've heard some people saying slightly upping their calories (100-200 a day) really has helped because their body doesn't cling onto those last few lbs). Maybe try that for a few weeks?

Good luck.

Biju - Congratz on the weight loss thus far. I can only dream of a size 2, I dont think my body is designed to be that small. To get the last 5lb off is going to take longer because now you dont have as much fat to burn so your body will hold onto them for dear life... But keep on eating right and exercising and you will be there soon... Keep up the good work.

Thank you Size 8! It has been so hard...I am going to try to switch up my cardio routine a little bit. The scale has not budged in weeks. I'm trying to drink a ton of water; maybe that will help!
